Packages & Prepaid Services
Packages and prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expiration dates apply and will be honored as stated at the time of purchase.
Retail Products
Unopened retail products may be returned within 7–14 days of purchase for:
Store credit, or
Exchange only (no cash refunds).
Opened or used products are non-refundable unless defective.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
