Packages & Prepaid Services

  • Packages and prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Expiration dates apply and will be honored as stated at the time of purchase.

Retail Products

  • Unopened retail products may be returned within 7–14 days of purchase for:

    • Store credit, or

    • Exchange only (no cash refunds).

  • Opened or used products are non-refundable unless defective.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
