Services & Retail

• All services, products, and retail items are non-refundable.

Packages & Prepaid Services

• Packages and prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Expiration dates apply and will be honored as stated at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

• Gift cards must be redeemed at the time of checkout and cannot be applied to a transaction after payment has been completed. No refunds will be issued if a guest completes checkout using a credit or debit card and later states that they intended to use a gift card.
