Cancellation Policy
At Skintique, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect our time, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% service charge.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
If we are able to accommodate you, your service may be shortened while the full-service fee still applies.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged the full service amount.
Repeated no-shows may result in no future bookings.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and exceptions may be made at management’s discretion.
